I work as a lift mechanic and recently got my fingers crushed in the cable while a lift maintenance. I was referred to 3 surgeons who advised to cut the fingers but I was keen on saving them if possible. Dr. Nitin was my last doctor as I made up my mind to undergo operation as first 3 doctors told me that there's no way to save fingers. Dr. Nitin gave me option to do vascular surgery and give a try but the outcome might not be perfect. I readily agreed and by god's grace 3 of my 4 fingers were saved. It's a miracle and Dr. Nitins advice that that majority of my fingers were saved. Now he's guiding me for cosmetic replacement of index finger with surgery and prosthesis.

Dr nitin gagh is an amazing and well experienced surgeon. Complete guidance was provided pre and post surgery. Even the healing process has been smooth. The nurses too were patient and kind and made me feel comfortable post surgery. All in all im completely satisfied with my surgery and would definitely recommend dr nitin gagh for any kind of plastic surgery.
